Looks pretty clean overall!
Hey just an FYI that you should be able to attach at least 5 pictures per post. You have to go thru the attach process for every single one, or at least I do. I can't batch load 5 pictures as before. Anyway, just an FYI, Good Luck with the project.

Thanks. Think I'm going to remove the driver's seat to give me more access to the steering column and pedal assembly. So I can remove and dispose of the power brake booster.

Yes I am certain your car was born red , and the reason it is grey in those areas , is because the factory , barely fanned any paint under the hood .
Mine is still wearing it's original paint , and your car recieved a lot more paint under the hood than mine .

OK. Thanks. Also what I thought was a trans cooler was actually a power steering cooler line at the core support.
Little updates from last time I was here. I had some work done by local friend here in MD on my 85GT. Thought I had done enough of research and references on him to allow him to do a few things on my car. The plan was to do some TeamZ through the floor frame connectors and mini tubs on her. This seemed to take forever! Finally had enough and told him I wanted my car back! So I picked up my car and next day to delivered to my other friend/son (The Witman Boys) in PA. They did some Great work on my 86GT (MDMONSTER) to fix and finish my 85GT. What we found of the work that was done was Horrible quality and nothing was finished as promised. So now we’re having to Redo Everything that he put his hands on. This really made me upset, but know it will be remove and done Right! Some of things we found were :
1. Rusted/used mini tubs not new as promised
2. Mini tubs not squared with frame or opposite side
3. Bad welds not penetrating or completed
4. Anti roll bar issues with links not plumb onto the housing tubs
5. Through floor frame connectors not installed right
6. Etc
Made a decision to make it more street than strip. We added the Stifflers Spider Brace kit off the through floor frame connectors. Also added front Eibach sway bar. Going to try and add the Eibach rear sway bar if possible. Issues we might have problems with are the rear shock mount brackets and housing bracing he did. Anyway, here is my “Not Happy Album” to show just how bad things are:

Have some updates in my photo album. We have been trying to remove and replace the mini-tubs that the previous installer did such a horrible job with. Plus All the other things we found along the way that he did wrong or didn’t even complete. We are having to remove and recheck everything just to be safe. But finally we can see a little daylight at the end of the tunnel. We’re about to start on the complete chassis rewire soon. Things are starting to look better finally. Here are the pics as promised:

Glad to see your car is being repaired correctly!
Having to undo others’ mistakes is extremely frustrating.
Sorry to hear that
