The problem is finding a good Capri around here at an affordable price. I tried buying his without the engine but he wasn't willing to let me have it that way. I have no use for 800+ NA motor for weekend street use. LOL

The Capri is looking good. Hope you can sort out all your EFI/Wiring stuff. Definitely my least favorite part of cars.

If it's done well, then buy it, sell off the 800+ engine and replace with something a bit more streetable. You will probably be $$ ahead in the long run. Capri parts are getting harder and harder to come by. There are some still out there, but the fenders, quarters, front and rear covers, and hoods are really starting to go up in price if you can find them in good condition.

That all sounds good in theory but in reality I'd keep the motor and end up having to fill up with race gas all the time. I'd bitch and complain and still do it. I'm just like that. lol

You can always ohm the wires out vs ground and power with no battery before plugging the A9L in.

Thats a handsome sum for an A9L! I only paid $100 for mine. Heck I think my cobra ECU was $200

The roof, the roof, the roof is on....

Good work with the 5.0 EEC4 too Joe. I knew you'd give it righteous re-alignment. The TPS and sensor changes, meah! just how things go.
