I don't have a fuel pressure gauge so I am just going by 'outcomes' I will reduce the pressure a little bit. What should I be shooting for at WOT? 13.8 or so? I am assuming a quick dip into rich is fine (11 or 12) if it comes back up to that 14 quickly.

    13.8, no... big NO, lol...
12.5:1, any and all of the time that your foot is flat on the floor on the go pedal, is an ideal WOT AFR... some much more efficient (race) engines and with excellent air:fuel distribution can get away with 12.5+

Finished 'tuning' it. Running really strong now. Idle is just about perfect. Cold start systems are all working right. WOT puts the AFR down to 12, idle and cruise it sits at 14.7. Unplug a vacuum hose and it jumps up to 16.5 or so. Timing is still at 14 advanced with no sign of badness. Cooling system is doing great, sits nice and steady a hair past O. Oil pressure up on the M.

Dropped the timing advance down to 11 to be safe. Just did a 0-60 run, didn't push it too hard and a soft start. 7 seconds. So I am guessing 225 horsepower with only 140 miles on the rebuilt motor. I hope we get up to 230/240 as the motor breaks in. Very happy with that.
