    Default Holley Sniper EFI 2300

Thought there might be a few people interested in this 2 barrel EFI kit designed for the 2300 crowd.
To me, it seems like a decent way to go for those with the old 2 barrels want to retain a factory appearance but with the drivability of modern technology. I see it being a decent replacement for all the CFI guys too.

Always wondered how a small Holley EFI tb would work on a 2.3T instead of a carb.
Instead of modding a larger carb for a 4cyl.
Kind of hard to justify the cost vs benefits for this app.
Also states not for turbo or nitrous.

App chart shows 171/2.8 V6 as smallest app, 429 largest.

Read the install instructions for it. Wow. Lots of items to tweak.
Setting up as progressive style injection was mentioned.
The larger version's programming for turbo, nitrous is intimidating.

The app chart doesn't list any 4cyl at all. I don't see how it was designed for the 2300 crowd other than the name being a coincidence.

All I know is what I have read in Holley’s responses to questions on social media. They say it would work on any 2300 carbed engines. While they have not developed it for multiple carb setups, it will work for any 2300 application up to 350 hp.

I just noticed the 2 barrel sniper earlier this week. I had no idea they were even considering a 2 barrel efi. I've been waiting to see how much the super sniper will be. I've been waiting on it for what seems like forever.

I think there's a misunderstanding about this... Holley doesn't give a fiddle about Ford "2300"/2.3L/140cubic-inch four cylinder engines. The "2300" reference is nomenclature to the fact that this new contraption belongs to the 2300 model/series/family of Holley carburetors, such as the model "2300" Holley LIST-4412-2 500cfm two-barrel carburetor on my car.

ie. "Bolt on 2300 Flange Carburetor Replacement", "Flange Size - 2300", 1955-1980 the great majority of "application" coverage is V8 engines with a few late '70's 2.8 V6's, "naturally aspirated (no supercharger, turbocharger, etc.)"... go figure , "has a 2 barrel, 2300 style flange intake manifold"... etc... the "2300" reference is simply about the intake carburetor/TB bolt pattern, not any particular engine...

PS: for $850 US + shipping, I could probably supply 4 more efficiently functioning Holley two barrel carburetors.

I've been wondering about the fitec https://fitechefi.com/products/39001/

The problem as my buddy and I discussed is if a map sensor can be hooked up and the computer programmed to adjust fuel based on boost.

Other than that I don't know why a tbi would not work for draw thru.

I'm betting it's just not sealed for blow thru or there is not any type of air flow sensor
