MY CAPRI HAS VINYL SUNVISORS,DRIVERS SIDE HAD A STRAP THAT THE PREVIOUS OWNER CUT OFF. PASSENGER SIDE HAS NO MIRROR,BUT
A LARGE SECTION OF VINYL IS PEELED OFF. MY QUESTION ISOES THE PASSENGER SIDE GET A MIRROR? IS IT THAT THE EARLIER CARS GOT THE VINYL THE LATER CARS THE CLOTH? MY CAPRI IS A 1984.

My 84 has vinyl passenger visor. It didn't come with a mirror. I had high-quality mirrors cut to my specs (nice and big) and affixed them to both sides. Then I went crazy. I mirrored the blank space over the glove box and took the letters C.A.P.R.I. off the hood and put them on the mirror.
I also had inserts cut to fit under the rear side windows above the rear seat.

I have an 80 Capri.

It came with vinyl and a mirror, Driver side didnt have any straps.
