Maybe provide a better description of where under the dash it is....by the column, behind the gauge cluster, behind the radio/HVAC, does it reach the tunnel perhaps for the console, or behind the glove box?

Good call... its to the left of the column underneath somewhat by the hood release.

Not much down in that area except for fuse box and headlight switch.

I'm with Kevin...i just looked at my car and even pulled of the fuse cover and I don't see anything that looks like that, unless it goes to the fuse block somewhere which I cannot see the top of. Can you narrow it down by what is not working? Is the ignition system working, or wipers/signals....is there enough slack for it to reach into the column? I can't see the connectors but there are 2-3 bundles of wires (wrapped in purple tape) that go up in the column.

I am thinking off the top of my head right now, but I believe that is one of the connectors for the windshield wipers/wiper governor.

If the weather is good tomorrow, I can try and check my SVO and my RS to see if I am correct. Good Luck!
