Default Need upholstery source for BLUE recaro seats

Does anyone know where I can find the blue fabric for the recaro seats? I want to gather everything so I can have the seats in my cobra redone. If anything I really need the center material. I can get close enough with the side cloth and vinyl.

SMS Auto Fabric in Oregon is most likely your best bet. Good Luck! Love the Recaros in Blue in your Cobra. That is the one option I wish my 82 RS had!

TMI doesn't have the Recaro material in any color other than the standard Pace Car black and white. They do offer some of the blue vinyl, etc. but that is about it.

    Good news. SMS has it.

How many yards do I need for front and rear seats?

I believe 2 1/2 yards is what is needed to reupholster front and rear seats in the Recaro Zig Zag/Zebra stripe pattern. IIRC, the sides and back require another 1 1/2 yards, but I need to double check that.

I know TMI can sew up the seat covers for you if you want. They don't discount the price for you providing the material, but you know they match their seat foam very well if you choose to go that route. You can get a material estimate from them if you like. PM me and I can give you a direct email address if you like. Good Luck!

I had a Capri RS Turbo with the blue Recaro interior back in the mid-90's.
