New owner of an all original but fairly crusty 82 GT. Its gonna be a hell of a build, so ill try to make an interesting thread out of it.<br>

Car is completely original and blessed with a mint interior. There is rust perforation in the usual spots it seems: floors, quarter panels and roof joints. PO put in a lumpy cam, roller rockers and a terribly tuned Holley 4bbl but mercifully the mods ended there.<br>

Planned work is rust patching, undercoating and a classic gloss black paint-job. Motor will get an inspection and new gaskets for this year, and ill try to get the 4 barrel tuned. An EFI conversion (MegaSquirt) is in the pipe, because who doesnt love reliable starts and consistent power.<br>

I am an electrical engineer by profession, but a hobby mechanic/fabricator since about 10 years. Looking to push the limits on my skills and learn something here!<br>
