Really tough to tell from the pictures but not $5000. Especially with the engine smoking and the tranny issue. Tires all dry rotted, carpet dirty, wavy door panels, rust there means rust other places.

I say $2000 but that may not be accurate since there are no good pics of it.

Id say 12-1,500. The rust is scary because its coming from the iside out.

Where is the car located? That doesn't look like enough rust to condemn the thing, unless it's up north and the whole bottom is rotten.

I paid $4500 for my 86 with t-tops with 40K original miles no rust no smoke, clean interior except for some fading on top of seats car was in Las Vegas so 0 snow garage kept except for when he parked at work. $5K is way high for the condition of your car, maybe closer to $1500

You sir make us all jelous ... that's not a normal good deal... that was more like a robbery. Where I'm at your car would go for almost double that.

In my opinion if the shock towers and front frame rails where good the original post car is about 2500 to 3500 but then again I'm in Ohio where Fox's rust away fast.

Going prices depend on location. That car you paid 4500 for would easily go for 6-7 in the northeast.

4500 for that car was the exception. Looks really sharp for that money.
