Sorry I hadn't seen this earlier. You might want to re-title the listing as this is NOT a 1984 Capri rear bumper cover.
The cover is correct for 79-84 Mustangs, 84-86 SVO, 79-82 Capris.
The 83/84 Capri rear bumper cover includes the surround of the tail lights since they appear recessed into the back end with the bubble back hatch. GLWS
