How rare is a brown 80/81 Cobra

I just acquired a brown 80’/81’ Cobra. It needs a roof, floors and everything else. It’s a 255w, auto, factory window louvres car. Brown/ black two tone paint, tan interior, and cruise control. I’m having trouble decoding the buck tag completely, so if anyone can help I’d like to know if it’s worth restoring or parting out.
