Without considering price or anything else, I think you will find that the general consensus would be to stay away from the 1984 5.0 cars with the automatic transmission. These cars were equipped with a fuel injection system that doesn't have a great reputation for performance or reliability. I expect others may disagree but that has been my personal experience.
