    Default Hood for Terminator Swap

    What’s up guys?

i was wondering your thoughts on doing a terminator swap on my 86 GT and what hood. Will the stock one fit? I would prefer to keep it, but if I have to go with a cowl which do you recommend?

    Thx everyone!

I have no experience with a Terminator swap, so I can not guarantee fitment either way. You can lower the engine using K member spacers if needed to gain hood clearance. I have considered that with my 5.4 DOHC swap in my 82 GT, but it looks like it may all fit under the stock 82 GT hood.

If you need a cowl hood for additional engine clearance then you should consider Cervini's, Trufiber, and HO Fiber trends are just a few that make quality hoods. Good Luck!
