This looks similar to the '85 4V HO Y-pipe, but the tubes look smaller. '83-'84 maybe?

It dont have the heat divert er valve for carbed engine. Car has equal length shorties on it that will be going bye also. Will post a pic of them for trade also.
This looks like 85 to me, but post a pic of the nameplate on the small light off cat, that will help to confirm the year. I believe the main cat is the same 83-85. This may have value to someone in an “emissions” state or just someone wanting to go back to stock. Do the cats still have the honeycomb inside?

The big one does. I will looks for the nameplate today.
Yeah, as I recall you can't get a direct look at the honeycomb on the small cat. The following thread has some good info on the differences in y-pipes. The 83/84 pipe should have a number like E3ZC on the small cat, whereas the 85 pipe will be marked E4ZC. Also, the earlier pipe had holes on the edges of the small cat welded body flanges. I don't see those in your photo and based on the look of the pipes, I think it is 85.

That is in the pass collector.
Confirmed, that’s an 85 y-pipe. People are looking for these. Good luck with your sale/trade.

Yeah, '85 4V HO. The CFI cars don't have the light-off cat on the passenger side pipe, and they use
a slip joint connection to the main cat vs that flange.
That insert was used because the '85 pipes are larger than '86-up, and it can sometimes be tricky to
get them to mate up, particularly if you're trying to compensate for that missing 1" of flapper valve.

Ok thank all Have done a deal local for it. Still have the headers to trade if anyone interested.
Here are the headers. Not in too good of shape. Still looking for a set of stock and a off road H or X pipe.
just for fun here is how the back of the mufflers are. The other side has some bad welds and a couple holes.
