    This car was just on Chasing Classic Cars last week. It went to a private owner now. Interesting car.....

    So a government agency got it's start by paying $25000 for a 2 year old car that cost less than $5000 new? Sounds about right.

    I don't see any way possible that restoration could cost $700,000.

    Strange story that just doesn't add up for me.
