Still pounding my head against the wall. Replaced the EEC relay, re-spliced the ground underneath the computer and also ran a scan. Getting a 15, and 95 error code. Pulled the neg terminal on the battery and now I only get a 15 error.
Does any of this raise any red flags?

I would say 15 is some sort of "brain" issue, and 95 a (pump circuit) wiring issue... but, I'm comfortably rusty. Hopefully the EFI gurus will help you...

I would say your ECU is toast and not booting due to ROM problem
I read something saying that the custom tune could cause the 15 error code.
Does that make any sense? I looked at ECU's on-line and know they're anywhere from $250+, so I wanted to be sure this is the issue before I throw more parts at it.

Maybe the ECU and yank the chip if it's a J port piggyback and see if the code clears. Clean connectors or get a new piggyback board. Or moats quarterhorse. Redo your tune, Binary Editor is pretty easy
I just replaced the MSD 6al box with one a friend of mine had rebuilt and never used 10 years ago and still the same problem as before. No friggin spark. It has power to the MSD, but none coming out of it. Coil was just replaced and no power at all to it.
Do you think this box is bad? If not, what else could this be. I’m about to put a match to this thing.
I’m sorry for replying after only a brief scan of the comments/suggestions, but before you put a match to it try another ignition switch. I didn’t see that mentioned.

It was a bad pickup in my distributor. Kind of down on MSD stuff, since this distributor was only a couple years old with probably about 1,000 miles on it.
I'll never use another MSD product, a new coil caused me all kinds of issues on a big build of mine once, and I've seen numerous ignition and distributor issues with them as well. Glad you got it.

Me either. The BS/expense, which was mainly my fault for throwing parts at the problem, because I thought a distributor with 750 miles on it wouldn’t be the issue, was significant.
I have all MSD ignition , have had for the last 20 years .
Never had a problem .

Go back to the basics again.
Even 20 years ago, the ignition side of the EECIV was bitchy....
TFi Pip and Spout are square wave and square wave form adjusters. Ford uses them to control the ignition system with simplicity. Well, its simple for electrical and digital engineers, anyway. All the EECIV uses are these signals.
Digital systems fall over if the analogue stuff doesn't give a clean signal.
A 79 page item comments on the common EECIV MAF and non MAF SD computer bin code computers, and how they address the lookup data. One of the real pests with the EECIV is that a dirty signal can cause the normal process to lay idle. Not specfic to your application, but specfic to SD Lightening 351W Trucks with the later EECIV computer.

Noise generated by the alternator and by aftermarket CDI (including multi-spark units) ignitions can cause real grief with an EFI. This noise can be both radiated and developed across shared grounds so, in addition to proper grounding techniques, care must be taken to not run wires close to the ignition/coil wires and to provide shielding where necessary
