      Default VSS Wiring

      So I'm mostly done with my mass air conversion, but I need to know more about the VSS. I got a sensor from a junkyard but the harness was trashed and didnt really think anything of it. I bought a dorman harness from amazon but when it showed up both wires were white. Does i matter which side gets hooked to pin 3 and which to pin 6? If so how do I know which is positive and which is negative?
