    ARE in general, yes. They made decent wheels

    ^^^ I was thinking the same thing. They're a pretty classic looking wheel, but without the center caps I don't think they'd look nearly as good.

    I have had a set of ARE 229 wheels on my car for 25+ years. Never a problem.
