    Default Form fitting subframe connectors

I'm pretty sure I saw them somewhere but I can't remember who made them. I'm looking for subframe connectors that are cut and made to fit tight to the shape of the floor. I think they are shorter than normal and weld to the end of the front frame rail instead of under it.

Afaik - Those are less strong than typical moly connectors. Not to mention through floor style connectors.

    Yes they are.
My probem is that I discovered the floor is pushed down causing my seat to lean very noticeably. So I want to put sub frame connectors in with seat brackets. Hopefully I can use the connectors to make sure the floor stays straight as well as reinforces the car.

There are lots of subframe connectors with seat brackets. Check out this page:

    Personally I would get these

    or the powder coated connectors.

I just installed the Maximum Motorsports Subframe connectors. Took me quite a while welding them in lying on my back in the yard. They fit pretty well. I would definetely buy them again.

You can really reinforce the floor pan in the rear seat bolt ares with a pair of these.

They can be made to fit with SFC connectors too as can be seen in my 82 GT build thread here: http://vb.foureyedpride.com/showthre...s-begun!/page4

If you check out around post #94 you will see how I installed them as well as the Maximum Motorsports full length SFC. Hope that helps!

Thanks Trey. I forgot about those plates being available.
When I get a chance I will try to post a pic or two of the whole problem. I may do both like you did.
