Looking to Up-Grade my fuel pump on my '85GT. I just purchased a 650 Holley Double Pumper too. The stock pump has a 5/16" o.d supply line with a 3/16" o.d return built in. I would really like to go 3/8"o.d from tank to carb. So my question is:

1. Should I just go with a Dead Head fuel system with out a return line.

2. What about the supply lines in the fuel sending unit? I think someone makes a unit with an fittings.

3. Get a sumped fuel tank with an ports?

4. Which fuel pump is recommended for like 400hp plus?

5. How/Where did you mount your fuel regulator?
