No 4-eye Saleen love....
1986 Saleen #145
now 50k miles - still 98% original.
I'm all for helping the helpless, but I don't give a rat's ass about the clueless anymore.
Previous: 79 Cobra, 82 GT, 83 GT, 85 Twister, 85.5 SVO, 86 GT, 87 GT, 91 Saleen, etc....
YEAH! Who would have thought it would make it in the article? Not this guy! I'm not sure how it made it in and some of the nicer 4 eyes didn't, but I'm not going to complain and take it like a trophy.

There were a lot of really nice cars there that didn't end up in any pictures. Sad really.
My 71 BOSS 351 made it into the gallery;

1FABP28T7FF239068 bought 10/14
1FABP28T9GF181465 bought 10/14
I got lucky and made it also. I read all the rules over and over and they required a drip pan for inside showing. I had mine which you can see in the picture (attractive isn't it?) but I saw very few other cars with them.

I saw quite a few that had either plastic sheet or the plastic lined oil absorbent pads underneath them. I only saw a couple that had the pans. As for the cars that did not appear to have anything under them, maybe they had a suspended pan or something to where it was not easily noticeable.
