My guy owned the car. The other guy owned the paint roller and drugs. Understand that m-town is a 20k pop of mostly crack heads, illegals and old rich people. Probably not a bunch of gt40s in town. I'm told it was a $65k build that got coated in black latex

That crack-head needs to be responsible for the cost to re-paint it. Not sure what the legalities are...but if I had to pay for that out of my pocket (other than maybe insurance deductible??) I would be pissed.
