351c 4v 302
Hey everyone so I have I question i k ow way back when the boss 302 had 351 4v heads. So I wanted to make my gt350 a bossgt350 I have the correct heads all ready to bolt on but I'm stuck on headers what headers do I got so it dosnt hit the ground of other issues?

4V heads have poor short turn radius with IIRC, a 90 degree angle over the exhast valve to the port outlet, although Fords cams and exhausts from 69 and 70 took care of that. 4v's only.
You can High Port the exhaust with an alloy plate and raise the whole header...at a cost. It was counter productive unless you had a Mustang II IFS, or some kind of Alston chassis sturt IFS, and cut way spring towers back in the 70's.
Called the "Gliden port modification". Classic Cleveland stuff, never worked well on an X shell, but Foxes have great room for headers and no close spring tower braces to rain on the parade..
Before Yates A3, there was the Hi Port aluminum plate 4V 351C head...

JUST MORE "MOAN KNEE", MORE COST, but you might be able to then use Hedman Cleveland swap headers for Fox Body #85619 headers for a 351C Fox....
