Default 79 Cobra Silver Paint Code?

Can anyone tell me which silver color was used for the Cobras in '79? It wasn't the same "pewter" color as the pace cars, was it? I'm having trouble finding any info on it. Thanks

I believe the 1979 Silver was a 1G paint code.

The 79 Pace Cars were Pewter which was a 1E code.

I could be wrong, but that should be the correct information. Good Luck!
