85 LTD 5.0 Engine, Transmission, Axle

I have a complete 85 LTD Engine, Transmission, rear end, drive shaft. 104k original miles on the parts. The Engine and transmission worked fine, I updated the LTD with a later model Fuel Injection and 5 speed, and I just don't have the room to keep the LTD Parts.
Asking $400.00, I can also include an updated upper and lower intake and cly heads from 89 5.0 Mustang for an additional $100.00.
I'm located in Southern AZ, near Tucson.
