Thinking about getting some Crown Vic 1998-2002 16"x7" steel wheels for my 5 lug conversion. Is anyone using these what size tires are you running?

On a 7" wheel you are generally looking at a 215, 225, 235 wide tire. You can probably go smaller, but why! A 245 will fit on the 7" wheel, but you are starting to stretch it at that point.
Most likely the SVO 225/50/16 size will work best for you. Best of luck!

Mustangs Past: Too many to remember!
Current Mustangs:
1969 Mach 1
1979 Pace Car now 5.0/5 speed
1982 GT Stalled RestoModification
1984 SVO Still Waiting Restoration
1986 GT Under going Wide Body Conversion Currently
Current Capris:
1981 Capri Roller
1981 Capri Black Magic Roller Basket Case
1982 Capri RS 5.0/4spd T-top Full Restoration Stalled in TX
1984 Capri RS T-top Roller
1983-84 Gloy Racing Trans Am/IMSA Body Parts
The stock GT / LX 5.0 size on the 16x7" Pony wheels was 225/55-16. I didn't realize SVOs used 225/50s.
So, go with 225s, and choose whichever aspect ratio gives you a diameter that best matches the stock tire diameter (so the speedometer and odometer aren't thrown off).
