Vehicles that have a model year of 1999 or older are not titled

New Hampshire does not issue titles for vehicles that have a model year of 1999 or older, except for heavy trucks with three (3) axles or more, or truck tractors whose gross vehicle weight exceeds 18,000 pounds which must always be titled regardless of age. Also, vehicles that are over 25 years of age may only be titled at an owner's request.

Ohh man, is that cool or what? I dig that Supercharger bracket. That is a non AC car but it looks like if you had AC, you could keep it AND the blower. Really cool and that install is clean, clean clean.

Nice looking car, but this typical statement is totally false and not necessary to sell the car: "Won't find a nicer fox" There are indeed 100's if not 1,000's of nicer foxes out there for sure.

I'm sure there are nicer foxes, but I think a little hyperbole is ok when trying to sell your car. Maybe in a 100 mile radius, he's the only nice fox around...especially if it's a clean 82 with low miles and a blower.

Looks to be a clean 82 Gt. But I would want a title for ownership. The title is a big thing for me as a buying and selling document.

I'd bet that with, say, a notarized bill of sale, your state would issue a title, given that NH doesn't issue titles for older cars.

But then again, I could be wrong.

There are a lot of states that don't issue titles for vehicles that are older than 15, 20, and 25 years old. Some states didn't issues titles until the early 70's even.

Always check with the state you are buying a car in and the state you reside in as to what is needed to title and register the vehicle in your state. In cases like this often a Bill of Sale will be document enough to title and register a vehicle, but always double check. Also verify as many times the Bill of Sale must be Notarized for your state, but not the state you bought the vehicle in! Don't ask me how I know that one!

NH will issue a title for a vehicle like this, if going out of state. Also, if anyone is seriously interested, I can check this car out for them. It's fairly close to me.
