Late Model Doors on 86?

I have an 86 coupe with rusty doors. It has manual windows and locks. I also have a set of 90(ish) rust-free doors, with power windows/locks.

Are these interchangeable? If so, what all would need to be done to them, so they match? I'm wondering about the exterior more so than the windows and locks (but curios about both). I'm open to either power or manual , whatever is easiest.
