1986 capri right rear side marker light access

Good day everyone:
Getting my 86 capri rs back on the road after a long storage and need to replace the passenger side rear marker bulb.Its somwhere behind the filler neck. How do i access this bulb for replacement.

Very carefully so as not to cut your hand on the filler neck screws.

I'm pretty sure you get to it from inside the hatch. Behind the interior trim panel.
