I found these in a car I picked up a while back, and can't tell exactly what they are. They look like upper spring perches, but I am not sure, and if they are, any idea how they mount?

Yeah, they're upper spring mounts for a tubular k member.

So the car is probably running coil-overs, right? Thus those wouldn't be needed.
They are upper spring perches for a tubular k-member if you decide to run the stock coil springs.. So if they're not installed, chances are you might have some coil overs, or someone didn't use them on a different project and threw them in the car
