Default What did you do on Father's Day?

Myself, worked on both my kid's cars and did a buff on my Pony.

Replaced the door pins/bushings on the driver's side of my Crown Vic so my Pop can drive that instead of his 98 Mustang GT. Also had to replace the interior door panel with a JY one and checked the AC.

Celebrated my 60th birthday with a big lunch with family and church friends after morning service.
My wife cooked everything herself except fried chicken and the cake, for about 30 people.
She is Italian mom and grandma taught, and I have the stomach to prove it.

Washed the wife's and eldest daughter's cars. Rinsed off my Road Racer and pulled it back into the driveway after the daughter's garage/yard sale for the last two days.

Didn't have a chance to wash my truck or work on the Mustangs today.

Road 21 miles on my bicycle with my wife. Then took my dad and mom out for a Father's day dinner.

Did the annual Model A Ford Club Father's Day swap meet at Chemeketa CC (Salem OR): Success! Brought home less stuff & more money than I arrived with.

Got the green light to start unpacking and getting the garage put back together. After 2 months, I'm ready to have it done and get back to work on the car. It's really getting close to being my new favorite spot with the upgrades.

^ New garage looks good Brock!

My mustang related Father's day activities were limited to ordering a carbon 8.8 rebuild pack for my '92. Other than that, we grilled some meats and invited my parents and my GF's dad over, it was a good time.

Looks good Brock, remember, a mans home is his castle, but his man cave is his sanctuary.

As for me, I discovered a problem with the sequential turn signals on the 03 Cobra, so this AM I just got off the phone with the company (webelectricproducts.com) and they're sending me 2 updated modules, one is free and the other cost me $40. I wasn't even sure if this company was still in business because I got the kit back in early 03 and they were in Ohio at the time, and now they're in Florida.

I did some farm chores, then started the work on the lower torque box reinforcements. They are bolted in, but I ran out of welding wire part way through.

Thanks guys. I will be so glad to have the peg boards, tool box and cabinets full and tools where they are supposed to be. It's a pain working out of moving boxes.

Now to see if the wife will let me paint the floor so I can hide the rear main oil spots on the floor.

Attended Father's Day car show, downtown Sharon, PA.

It was a nice show, lots of cars. Didn't walk around much as the weather was not looking good. The boss and I bailed before the weather hit.Name: SHARON_PA_18JUN2017.jpg

A small tornado, (EF0?) may have touched down a few miles away. Lots of people interested in the Capri.

Coming along and looking good brother!

I still have some odds and ends to do inside to finish up and make the wife happy, but I needed a break.
I have the feeling that the outside of the house is coming though...

    Damn dude. That's nice!

I played some music at church, had lunch with my parents/sister, and had a cigar/some beers on the porch with my old man. It's not often I get one-on-one time with him so that was a great day.
