Mine are all custom made by "Minipl8s" on ebay. The guy does great work. We are allowed to run "Year Of Manufacture" plates here in Indiana when a car is 25yrs or older.

I have an antique plate for the car but wanted to see what my original plate looks like on the car. I have had that plate since my first car in 1983. The plate could only have 6 letters at that time. PA updated their plates to white, yellow and blue and the updated plate is on my daily driver.

Jim, yeah Antique's are limited to 4 and the Classic is limited to 5 (IIRC). Sometime last year they started to let personalized plate for the Antique and Classic. I put mine in as soon as I had the money for it. I transferred the Classic plate that I had on the SVO to my GT Turbo and got the Antique for the SVO. I had a few other options that I wanted to go with but, it was kinda tough limited to 4. You can get on the PA DMV site and punch in what you are thinking of to see if it is available.

On a side note I found out after I bought the SVO-1986 plate, if I had the owner's card I could've used it on something. Oh well, I'm good with what I have now. I only have one car with a regular plate (other than my truck), one with Antique, 2 with Classic, and one without a plate that is far from being on the road again.
