Im going to be installing a 347 I had built some years ago into my 85 mustang.
I have a new clutch but I'm not sure which weight flywheel to get, the 28 or 50? Oz?
Can anyone help me out with knowing which one to buy?

What was the 347 kit built for? You need to know that in order to get the correct flywheel. Hopefully you have some paperwork or contact information for the engine that will provide you that information.
I have not searched for a 347 in awhile, but IIRC, I have seen kits that used the 28 oz, some used the 50 oz, and even some were neutral (Zero) balanced. Good Luck!

Most strokers are 28 oz but as stated above it could be 50 or zero. You also are going to need to know the balance for the harmonic balancer. If the builder installed the balancer you should be able to figure it out from that.
There may be some marking on the crank.
If you cannot talk to the builder your best bet is to pull the crank and one piston and rod and take it to a balancer.
Ill be trying to contact the builder but I doubt Ill be able to reach them.
I just checked the balancer and there were no markings on it. I pulled the pan and on the crank there were two markings. One was 30234005400 and the other was s-11-12-044
Yup. The base kit cast crank from Eagle is normally 28 oz. Yours is not the base kit.

All Eagle kits get a 4 added to the visual part number.
You have to find a neutral balance flwheel suitable for the clutch you plan, and use a nurtral balance crank dampener.Eagle 430234005400 Ford 347 forged steel crankshaft.

Thanks! You just saved me a ton of headaches. My buddies and I decided to put this engine in last minute and I still have some parts I need to round up.
Is an internal.balance flywheel the same as.neutral.balance?
Would this flywheel work?

Yep. Your choice of supplier or rating. http://www.cjponyparts.com/ford-raci.../p/M6375D302B/
Depending on end use, something that won't explode is important, or it'll maybee buzz cut your acclerator foot off. Consider Buying an SFI 4.1 rated Trans blanket for 120 bux.
