47,000 miles for 135,000 miles. I'd keep it.

Miles is one thing I take into consideration but I wanna upgrade my cards too performance wise and want to put maf on it but I don't wanna spend 500-1000 doing it aswell if that makes any sense

Depends. If you really want an aero, thats a cheap way in. T-top aeros are especially rare. That being said, i would have a hard time giving up a four eye GT with mileage like yours..plus t tops.

I've found a lot of 79-93 ttop cars here where I live to be honest most are either 83-86 or 87-89 but I've seen atleast 10 on clist here in Ky lately

Honestly the Aero cars never excited me like the 4 Eyed cars did/do! Especially the 85/86 GT as that is still probably my favorite Fox Mustang, but most likely because that was the new model when I got my driver's license.

Mild performance improvements on the 86 can be had without too many issues, but any significant increase will require $$$ due to the flat top pistons, the Speed Density, smaller intake manifold runners, etc. The 87-93 cars have some benefits over the 86 in those areas, but IMHO they don't have the style, the look, and the uniqueness.

I personally would keep the 86 over an Aero, especially with one with low miles and in excellent shape. If the power bug has really bitten you, then budget wise the Aero may be the better option. Best of Luck!
