85 Saleen AGAIN!

Deadbeat Ebay member hit buy it now then disappeared. No communication, and most importantly no payment. So here it is again.

This car is as straight as an arrow and needs a little work to be a ultra nice example of an 85 Saleen. Verified through Saleen and I have a basic Marti report. Body has been painted and the paint job is excellent. The PO put the old body side moldings back on and they are a little wavy. I would definitely replace. The interior has been redone but still needs a few things. The rugs and headliner are new. It has the seats redone in the repo material. It is not an exact match to stock. Some would leave it, I would find a nice set of original seats. It does need some odds and ends but the body is ultra solid with all the usual bad spots 100% like the day it came from Ford (7/16/85). Deserves to be finished and back on the road. Engine is the matching numbers original and runs but needs gaskets. I SOOOOO WANT THIS CAR!!!! Unfortunately for me with two daughters in college this fall, there is no way I can swing that kind of $$ at this time!

No, It has an 86 Front valance.


And Trey... I feel your pain. December I wrote my last tuition check. It has been 6 years of college tuition ( 2 years had two in at the same time) It feels good to be done with.

I am right there with you my friend. I will have two in college for 3 years together. Then a two year hiatus and another 4 years for my youngest! What the Heck was I thinking!
