So i need door locks and a hatch lock set for a 86gt I did not get the keys for the door or hatch when I got the car. Will the 87 to 93 kit work from lmr.com or is it different. Or where do I get a set?
Thanks

Just have a lock smith make you new keys.
Easier, and not much money

The door key will work the doors, hatch, and glove box if original and matching. Either drive the vehicle to a locksmith and have them make a new key for it, or remove either the glove box latch or the hatch lock and then take it in to be keyed.
Generally if you can take them in the lock to be keyed, they can do it for $50-$75 depending on time and difficulty. Still much easier and quicker than swapping all the locks unless you just want new locks. Good Luck!

I have the car down to the shell for paint so everything is out of it right no so maybe I will just take them to a locksmith and see what they say.

If you dont have the correct lock extension rod for the hatch that is a problem iirc. The 87-93 parts are different. The rod is to long. I had to put one in my 85 because the whole lock assembly was gone. I got one for a 87-93 and had to cut the rod shorter.
