    Default 1984 20th anniversary poster

I finally found one cheap enough on eBay to buy. Holy crap, I didn't realize it was this big! Was this thing a dealer poster? Anyway, it's framed, weighs a ton, and I need to find some wall space.

I ordered one back in 1984 and I still have it. As i recall there was an ad in a magazine for the 20th Anniversary and you mailed in a form with a payment and they sent the poster to you. And yes, it is huge.

Oh thats cool to know! I love these types of posters, but I'm never fully satisfied with the cars they select.

Agreed. Why put a glx Vert for 83,but include Gt for 82 and 84. To me that's bonkers lol

I would also agree and I can see the logic with the 83 GLX vert over a GT, I think its kinda funny that they did include the 20th anny car on this poster. would also not included the Shebys or Mclearn on this one. My Vision of this poster would be...

Top of poster face off....1964.5 Pace car vert with a 20th anny Turbo vert
    1964 convertible-Red/Red

I remember having one of those. I bought it at a local Ford dealer in Lubbock Texas when I was stationed there in 1984. Long gone now as,are most of my posters from my younger days.

Are these desirable? I might want to go up in my 100 degree attic and drag however many I have down. I thought they were everywhere. Have they since become scarce? I never hung them up because of the weird car model choices. Mine are probably shot at this point from all the seasons up there.

Sad part about the poster is that it doesn't have the 20th anniversary edition car on it. Go figure!

That looks like the basement of a 60's-70's era ranch. I know, it looks like my basement.

Always have liked that poster. And like 83GTJIM I got one in 1984 and still have that one. I got another 10 years ago at a car show attendance prize and have that one hanging above my desk at work.....
