Hodge-Podge 1983 GT Turbo - I think

Wow. There is all sorts of stuff going on with this one. Tach should read 8K if it is a turbo. Different years, models, manufacturers etc. It appears they sanded all the grain off the dash hull and painted it gloss black but left the grain on all the rest of the dash. They also moved the hood release which actually is maybe the only modification I somewhat am intrigued by. It is easier to reach there and I bet they open that hood a LOT. It doesn't appear that there is any way to lower or raise the windows to me based on the pictures but obviously, that is probably not the case. There is an AC compressor, lines and HVAC control but the dash is for a non-AC car. It also appears that some clever individual cut the horn pad and added OEM cruise control switches in it. I would pretty much avoid this one personally.

EDIT. I see it now. I suspect the same clever individual that modified the horn pad blocked off the ash tray door and installed the OEM '83 driver's side Window switch there.

Thats a resto gone wrong right there. That dash cluster is a dead giveaway. Low km's but you had to replace the bezel and steering wheel? Riiight
