I have had numerous covers. For outside get Weathershield HP. Keep in mind they only last about as long as the warranty with outside use.

Ill second the weathershield HP. I first purchased one in November of 2012 and only last year in July had to purchase a new one after something ran across the top of it and ripped it in a bunch of spots. Mine is used year round outdoors.

Read "well this sucks by dr.matt below" look what his cover did to his freshly painted car
Really sad actually
Be careful
I have very good luck with Covercraft brand. I have one that is probably almost ten years old. Is getting thin but i still use it for indoor covering. I have several of them and have never had any issues with the paint. That includes rain snow and even some ice and it always seem to be windy at my house.
Stay away from Budge brand! If it lasts one year outside youll be doing good.
I think my issue was the paint job. I seriously doubt it was the cover.
California Car Cover is all that I use. I use Noah, as mine is stored/covered indoors 90% of the time. It is good for occasional outdoor. If you are storing primarily outdoors, then I would go for their Storm Weave or the Weathershield as mentioned above.
