first car show

we took the 85GT to its first car show since it got finished.. no trophy but had fun and won 2 door prizes..

Cool car. Come to the strawberry festival next Sat and bring the car and put it in the show. Its in downtown Fort Mill SC. I will have my pace car there along with a couple other foxbody cars. Big show and alot of things for the kids and family to do.

Very cool! I quite enjoy taking mine to shows, even if there is no chance at a trophy. Mine will fare even worse this year as it is a mess and incomplete but I'm taking it out anyways. I just enjoy being around other car people and shooting the bull, plus it's a good excuse to drive it.
My first show is this coming Saturday and it's supposed to be a beautiful 75 and sunny.....I can't wait!

Hope you get that GT out to plenty shows this year, she's a beauty.

I was going to the Fort Mill one Saturday but my brakebooster and master cyl came in from Autozone so i'll be apart that day getting a brake redo.

Where's the show at Saturday, Brock?

There is the Platte Valley Mustang Show out in Columbus and I forget where the other show was going to be. I was strongly considering making the trip out to Columbus, but the wife has made other plans.

I think I will just hit the opening day of the Coffee Cruise out @ the 156th and Maple Hy-Vee and spend the couple hours there. It runs from 7:30 am to 9:30 am. I'm usually there early as usually the lot is packed by 8 am on nice sunny days.
