      Anyone out there that could pick up an eBay item in Bowie Maryland and ship to me in Ma? The seller refuses to ship.

      Maybe have him drop it off at a UPS store and have the UPS store box it up and ship it out...you could pay them over the phone with a CC. I am in MD but about an hour away from Bowie.
