Hood insulator

Does any one no off anyone that does custom hood insulator? Looking for one for a 82 gt. Or a good insulator other than the plain pad and push pins. Thanks

The one I posted from eBay does state Turbo Only but should work with any that had the hood scoop IMO.

Here are the pictures snkchmr's car with a 302. It looks like the same one I linked but not 100% sure.

Mike, what is the final say on the fit and finish and quality for your application? Is the one I linked the same as the one you bought and the same as available on LMR?

I never noticed before but the same seller has the "non-turbo" hood insulator available for 79-82 also:

Pretty sure the 302 version does not have the square cutout section at the top left (when installed) of the scoop opening. I can look at mine to confirm....
These may not be OEM concourse correct, but look like a really nice reproduction alternative for those needing the functionality of the hood insulator.
