    Default New guy from Chicago area

    Longtime Ford guy.
    Ive had lots of FOX Mustangs .
    Currently I have an 86 GT convert, under 60,000 miles.
    A 70 Ford Torino convert, bought it in 1981.
    Daily drive a 2000 Mustang convertible.

    I have been reading here for a while. Looks like one of the best kept-running forums Ive found.
    Im a moderator over at torinocobra forum.

    I have liked these cars since my friend bought a new 85 GT Yeah Im not young.

    Im in West burbs now originally from NW side of Chicago...Logan Square.

    The Mustang is mostly original paint, very original car. No rust,The Torino is rust free Colorado car.

    Fairmont was 351w,c4,9inch,4;11, originally turbo auto 4 banger green.
    Mustang was 84 GT ragtop ,various motors,built 351w, 302 roller motor, c4,5 speed,t-bird disc 3;55 rear end.
    Lots of frame work,I welded everything,gusseted,reinforced,very tight car.Daily driver for about 6 years.

    Welcome to the site Dave I'm a long time ford guy myself and old school ford is my favorite but that torino is beautiful
