Some more progress last night everything is back together...... Waiting for the sealer to cure out, then top off with Redline gear oil, ford racing friction modifier, bleed the rear brakes and then time for a shake down! Going to run it on the lift first to break in the C-Clip eliminators before taking it out...

    Sweet!!!!

Install is not too bad. Lots of measuring, checking, measuring, checking, and repeat until you know it's right! Good Luck!

Ha Ha Ha that seems to be a common theme...Always great when you are in no rush and not depending on the car to be back on the road...Thank you!

That was probably the part that took the most work to get installed correctly out of the entire MM package I put on my car. But worth the effort.

Did you happen to take any pictures of the part of the build?

    Just the end result.

Most of the difficulty I had was getting the bracket to position correctly on the frame. I had trouble getting it to locate forward enough to the correct location as it ran into interference with the sub frames. Also had to fabricate shim plates to fit between the frame and the bracket mounts to get the angle correct. I believe these issues were mainly due to the car being a 79 and the slight differences to later years with the sub frames. In the end I settled for having it located just slightly further back than they specify and focused on having it aligned straight.

Well that looks really good thank you...I don't have my sub frame connectors welded in, that will be next. I appreciate the advise...!

    Default Shock Tower Brace installed...

another night of wrenching... installed the M/M shock tower brace...when in fairly easy, had to move some stuff but well worth the effort. With the 4 point K-member and shock tower brace the car rides like it's on rails! I love these two last mods well worth the time, effort and the money! Love craigslist right now lol...

Absolutely beautiful car man. Curious on what your wheel/tire set up is. Looks pretty wide on the rear.

    Thank you...!

17x9 front, 17x10 Cobra-R type wheels, the rear tire is only a 255/40..I'm going to run a 275/40 next and flip the quad shock if needed or I might go even larger and just remove the quad shock being the suspension upgrades that are done. I still have room in the rear on the inner side and outer with the 255/40 and once I install the Panhard Bar I will be able to adjust as needed...

Welded in the full sub-frame and seat-bracket kit. All is primed and later will under coat and clean up the entire underneath, long night but well worth it! What a difference...!
