Just one brake drum is rusty?

I took my car out of storage last week and I noticed that the passenger side rear drum is rusty,but not the drivers side. I also hear a slight moaning from that side too at low speed braking. I just had both replaced about 500 miles ago before I put the car away in December. Any reason for this?

I'm still trying to find out why my rear passenger brake drum on my 85 is a little loose and makes noise. Hate drum brakes. I did have one front rotor that got a bit rusty and one that was fine after sitting awhile, I figured it had less oil on it that the manufacture uses to ship?

I would guess there was more moisture or humidity on that side of the car.
