1985 GT Heater issue (with pics)

Yeah so, my heater or AC would not blow out of any vent, high or lo, defrost, AC, nothing....
I began to troubleshoot the vacuum doors and they seemed ok. I checked vacuum to the firewall and it seem fine. I checked under the dash and the vacuum seem good there too.
I just bought this car and the previous owner said yeah the heater works but not real good....


So here was my problem....

The wheels aren't turning and the mouse is dead.

I literally filled a 2.5 gallon bucket full of nest material. Funny thing is, other than the 3 position switch only working on high, it's running flawlessly now.
