      Default 1985 mercury capri w/t tops

      1985 Mercury Capri with T-Tops. Factory 5.0/5 speed. White and grey with red interior. Engine has B303 cam, open plenum alum. intake, 750 vac. secondary holley, aftermarket HEI distributor, electric fuel pump and sumped stock gas tank, GT 40 p heads with long tube headers. Approximately 10,000 miles on rebuild. 5 speed transmission with hydraulic operated clutch. 2.5 inch stainless exhaust (brand unknown). Also has subframe connectors and reinforced upper control mounts. 5 lug sn 95 conversion with 96 mustang gt wheels and 4 wheel disc brakes. 8.8 rear end with 3.27 ratio and alum. rear end cover.
      Red interior with halo seats. Tilt wheel, stock am/fm cassette radio and a/c (needs to be charged). Manual windows. Body in good shape, except the hatch needs to be painted as seen in picture. No rust on hatch, just needs to be painted from removal of fiberglass aftermarket wing (have trim that goes around window). Speedometer is not hooked up.

      Any chance that you have a few pics of the interior: seats, door panels, dash, headliner etc?

      The inside is as nice looking as is the exterior, other than some serious sun fading on the front seats.

      Clean underneath with no rust. Drivers side door seam has the sealer breaking loose in a couple of spots, but not bad.

      Love the exterior two tone...but I am a little prejudice on this... Is the exterior paint original?

      No, the car has been painted at some time in its life. I do not have any idea how old the paint job is, but it is still in pretty nice shape.

      Man, what a great deal. If someone would buy my convertible I'd have room for it. But it seems convertibles are a dime a dozen these days.
