The pics above only show what I fill in on the 'Build Sheet' worksheet, using codes from the actual build sheet I'm decoding. The other worksheets (one for each line on the build sheet) decode using lookup formulas referring back to the 'Data' worksheet. And finally the 'Output' worksheet puts everything in one place so I can copy and paste the decoded build sheet.
I am working on identifying codes I don't already know. Having a bunch of sheets databased allows sorting and filtering, and comparing to other know data for each car. I'm working on figuring out the unknown codes for the 1986 model year now and I'll work backwards. It's a work in progress as I have the time.

That's probably something you will have to do yourself. There are reproduction blank build sheets available but I don't know of anybody that is reproducing filled-in copies of your original.
