reading this thread seems everyone is dead set on fuel issue. very well could be. I had exact same symptom/issue on F150 I had. turned out to be pick up in dist. after chasing problem as has to be fuel an hour to heat up and swell enough to short out. depending on temp outside hourish to cool and go back to working
