    Default 1983 Black Magic Worth

Looked at a '83 Black Magic yesterday with 140,000 miles on it and was wondering what they are worth? Only rust appears to be in the quarters behind the wheels. Been sitting for outside for several years. Interior is fair to poor, does have the gold insert seats, but the dash pad is cracked and carpet is poor. Floor and frame rail appear solid. Supposed to run but did not start it. Unfortunately a pack rat had moved in and feasted on wiring harness and vacuum lines. There is also mouse and rat droppings all over. Also, has the original gold TRX rims that go with the car.

What do you guys think its worth?

Looks like pretty rough shape. I'd be concerned about the floors and front frame rails. Collectable but looks like you probably have to spend much more than the cars worth to put it right . I know because I restored a Crimson Cat, in a little better shape, and that was the case. Good luck

with the Rust and damaged wire harness, and who knows if it actually runs, I probably would not pay more the $1500.00

GREAT PARTS CAR given the rust and cost of rust repair.

Therefore I would want to pay parts car money of $500-$1,000.
